Proper Positioning

  1. Sit in an upright position with the legs spread out as wide as possible in accordance with flexibility

  2. The feet placed firmly on the platform

  3. Place the legs on the padding on the inside of the knees

  4. Always keep the glutes on the seat

  5. Open your chest

  6. Grasp the handles, keeping your body stable

Proper Technique

  1. Inhale and tighten the abs

  2. Slowly bring the legs together

  3. Hold at the end of the movement

  4. Slowly return to starting position while exhaling

Essential Tips

  1. Focus on isolating the muscles of the inner thigh

  2. Do not exaggerate the leg positioning to avoid injuries

  3. Lighten the load
