- 3 Scoops Casein Chocolate Protein Powder - 1 Cup (120g) Whole Wheat Flour - 2 Cups (160g) Oatmeal - 1 Cup (223g) Egg Whites - 1 Cup (250ml) Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1 Tbsp 100% Cacao Powder - 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tsp Baking Powder - 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil - 3 Medium Bananas (118g)
Coating: Kinako (Roasted Soybean Flour), Matcha Powder, 100% Cacao, Natural Whey Isolate Vanilla Protein Powder Total kcals: 1943kcals Macronutrients: Carbs 184g, Protein 129g, Fats 32g
Per Ball(32 balls total): 61kcals Macronutrients: Carbs 6g, Protein 4g, Fats 1g
Instructions:
Put ingredients into your food processor
Mix
Scrape out the batter and put it in a bowl
Shape balls to the size of your liking
Refrigerate for about 1 hour
Put your powders into separate small bowls
Spray or lightly pour coconut oil on the balls
Roll your balls over the powders coating them throughout
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
