Transforming Grapes into Candy! Rekindle that Sweet Tooth!

Every now and then we stumble upon a snack that is not only considered healthy but also rekindles the joy of indulgence. Today, we will go over how to make this simple, yet delicious snack from them good old grapes!

It all begins with the humble grape, nature's sweet and tart gem! But we are going to give these grapes a makeover, to elevate snacking to a whole new level! So grab your grapes, roll up your sleeves, and let's create some healthy candy!

First, you want to use pristine grapes that are clean from dirt and pesticides. To do this, use a simple concoction of baking powder, salt, and water. Let it sit for about 5-15 minutes, then rinse. You'll be surprised at what comes off your store-bought grapes. Once clean, you are ready for the next step!

We will then introduce the zesty stars of our show, two vibrant limes! Their juices will infuse our grapes with a tangy twist! Place in the refrigerator for around 10 minutes. While you are waiting, it is time to prepare the coating!

What truly makes our Candy Grapes a standout sensation is the final touch. We'll roll these beauties in monk fruit sweetener, creating a delicate, crystalline coating that elevates their taste to a whole new dimension. It's a guilt-free sweetness that's as enchanting as it is health-conscious. Make sure all the grapes are coated with a sweetener before placing them in the freezer.

Place the goodies in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.

All you need is a couple of bowls for the washing process, a baking sheet, a refrigerator/freezer, and the following ingredients:

For Cleaning:

- 2 Tsp Baking Powder

- 2 Tsp Salt

Candy Grapes:

- 4 Cups of Green Grapes

- 2 Limes

- 1/2 Cup of Monk Fruit Sweetener
