This workout routine consists of six workout sessions with only one rest day each week. This workout split is an intense training regimen reserved for advanced lifters. Also, you train each muscle twice per week while having ample time for repair and growth. Remember, you will be alternating with each corresponding day, workout 1 and workout 2. In the e-book, we have illustrated each workout with a picture demonstration and a written step-by-step tutorial indicating the proper positioning, technique, and essential tips for each exercise!
